“I approached Ashah to see if she could help with a sexual dysfunction problem. We organised an online session. She gave me advice on using breath, how to clear my mind and stay focused and suggested ways to use touch. She explained the reasons behind the advice at each stage and was very understanding and sincere. She is professional with good humour and does it all with a lovely, soft north east accent. For anyone apprehensive about getting in touch with her, don‘t be, she was brilliant from first replying to my email until saying goodbye at the end of the session.”
