SACRED TANTRIC MASSAGE FOR WOMEN

Your journey begins with a gentle opening ceremony designed to help you feel safe, relaxed, and fully present because trying something new can naturally bring a little nervousness or uncertainty. 

Through guided tantric connection practices and conscious breath work, you gradually build and balance your energy while calming the nervous system, allowing anxiety to melt away and making space for deep relaxation and moments of ecstatic bliss. 

Soft eye-gazing creates a deeper intimate connection and conscious touch invites trust and authentic connection, to experience love and sensation throughout your whole body rather than in just one area.

 The last part of the tantric connection practices is a heart-centred position called Yab-Yum which translates to Honourable Father and Honourable Mother, this is a place where giving and receiving become balanced: the masculine energy embodies stability and presence, the feminine energy invites openness and flow where shared breathing and mindful movement help you slow down, feel grounded, and step out of the busy mind into the present moment.

Yab Yum position creates closeness and full-body awareness, allowing connection, affection, and life-force energy to be felt throughout the entire body. The result is a sense of unity, relaxation, and deeper emotional bonding, a gentle reminder of what it feels like to truly meet one another beyond the busy mind. 

After the above connection practices, the massage itself begins on the back of the body, using deep yet nurturing pressure along the spine to open the energy channel to release tension and open energetic flow, before moving into a blend of gentle and firm techniques on the front of the body. 

The last part of the ceremony (if choosing this option), is the External Yoni massage - Yoni translates to Sacred Space, the focus of this is awareness because the intention is not release rather massaging this area to activate the root chakra (base energy centre) to awaken the energy and allow it to rise up the body and learning to circulate and harness your life-force energy so it nourishes your entire being. This can feel extremely healing and empowering for women who still have conditioning around pleasure, around puritan culture that they have obtained from societal or religious beliefs and reclaim their sexuality and embrace their suppressed inner wild woman.

The key is men learning to find pleasure in the touch and massaging this sensitive and sacred part of the body rather than it turning into masturbation and separating the ejaculation from orgasm.
